This has to be one of my favorite outfits this season. It is a mix between dressed up and casual. I am comfortable, I feel feminine, and I look put together. I love how the skirt and top alone has so much details that I don't have to add much more to the outfit. A touch of pearls, yellow wedges, and a little belt was all I added but I could have gotten away with just the shoes. I have to say, when I bought this lace skirt earlier this year, I wasn't sure how much use I would get out of it but I have worn it so much. It's pretty and versatile. The top and the belt are recent purchases. I got the top from old navy; it was on sale for $19 and got an additional 25% off online. Plus, if you have an old navy/gap/banana republic card you get free shipping on Tues. Oh, and don't forget your reward points. The belt was a similar deal from JCrew. It was on sale for $19 and an additional 30% off. I had a gift card I received from my credit card rewards program.
So, if you like the feminine look, there is no excuse this season. It's everywhere!!

Floral Top
Since Sister Kim wore floral jeans yesterday, I wanted to wear florals as well! Like Sister Kim said, florals are in this spring and honestly I don't have too many pieces that are floral. I re-discovered this blouse that I haven't worn for almost 2 years. It was actually gonna go to Goodwill, but my inner voice told me to keep it and I'm glad I did.
I hope I don't go too crazy with buying floral prints this spring.
By the way, I really wanted to do my hair ombre, but my natural hair is growing out (really slow) and it kinda looks ombre now. The awkward phase passed and now I have my ghetto ombre, but I kind of like it. :)

Floral jeans
My sister and I are loving the trends for this spring. It's so feminine and chic. The pastels, the florals, the lace, and the eyelets. Love, love, love!! Here are my first pair of floral jeans and I love them! They are from Old Navy. I paired it with a simple, rose colored top with white and gold accessories.

Food Truck
Chris and I love living in the suburbs, but we miss out on the food scene in Atlanta. Most of the time, we are too lazy to drive just a little bit more and venture out. Today was such a nice day that we needed to do something different! I woke up really late after battling insomnia (If I drink boba milk tea at night, I don't sleep until 4-5 a.m.).
Anyways, the food truck park is such a cute spot for locals to hang out. We didn't do any research and just picked whatever looked good. Actually, I picked the first food truck that had a yummy picture on the truck. I was so hungry that I just needed something in my belly.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Simple
I love wearing a white blouse and dark skinny jeans. I think it's a perfect outfit combination and I can wear it everyday.
I say it's a perfect combination, but I don't have a lot of white blouses I wear. I tend to buy blouses that are on the cheaper side and not 100% satisfied, so I end up leaving it in my closet or giving it away.
I want to find that perfect blouse that I can wear it dress up or dress down.
For now, I am happy with this blouse I got from TJ Maxx. I got it for less than $20 dollars.
I find lots of good tops, workout clothes, and shoes there.

Spring Wish List
As today is the first day of spring, I decided I would share with you all my spring "wish list" items. I'm kicking myself a little for not getting the floral pants last night. The Loft was having an evening flashsale for 60% off and I could have gotten them for $22. Oh well, I hope to score some of these items in the next couple of months as stores start switching things out for the summer. Happy Spring!!

photoshoot
Yun Mi, a friend who recently started a blog. She writes this in one of her post, "I’m not a professional photographer. I don’t aspire to be. I don’t ever plan on starting my own business or shooting full time. I wouldn’t even call it a hobby."
I can relate and understand to her in terms of why my sister and I decided to create this blog.
Anyways, one thing for sure is that Yun Mi took lots of great pictures and also made me realize I need a better camera for my fashion blog.
During the whole process I realized I had limited poses and when in doubt, I just looked down. It's not about my face, it's about the clothes so just look down!
Check out her blog!
